Go Bags

Go Bags sorting madness! Our sorting potluck was a success.
These bags go to children in northern Santa Barbara County who are placed in protective custody and can’t take any of their personal items with them. These bags are added to the children’s personal belongings while they get processed and placed in foster care.
Thanks to all the community members that donated.

Day of Hope

Day of Hope was a huge success! Rotaractors and Rotarians hard at work selling newspapers to raise funds for the Mission Hope Cancer Center of Santa Maria. Thank you to all that purchased a newspaper!

United Way Stuff the Bus Event

United Way is partnered with Walmart, KSBY, Santa Maria-Bonita School District and the Lompoc Unified School District along with local businesses and organizations to coordinate Stuff the Bus, a program that provides under-resourced children with new school supplies to assist them with their studies and help build self-esteem. We were really excited to participate !

Orcutt’s Children’s Art Foundation Chalk Festival

SMV Rotaractors volunteering at the 6th Annual OCAF Chalk Festival.
