Bi-Lingo is a partnership between the Central Coast Literacy Council , Santa Maria Valley Rotaract and the Santa Maria Public Library.

The purpose of this project is to provide a learning resource for the community and to help bridge the language barrier between only Spanish speaking and only English speaking community members. Participants will have an opportunity to practice vocabulary and develop their conversational skills in a social setting.
